Drones on both sides
of the kill chain.
Sovereign, by design.

Forged in active conflict, 2022. Delivered to allies.

We build the full unmanned warfare stack — offensive drones, counter-drone defences, and the command architecture that runs both. Under your flag. Under your command.

Nine domains.
Three layers.
One architecture.

The Sovereignty Platform is how QT structures every drone and counter-drone capability we deliver. Nine domains define what must exist. Three layers define how each one is built. Every engagement is one or more cells in the same architecture.

Vendors sell systems. Primes sell programmes. QT transfers capability — doctrine, production rights, and operational sovereignty included.
Vertical — The Nine Domains

What every sovereign drone force requires. Personnel, intelligence, operations, logistics, plans, networks, training, programmes, and partnerships. Each is independently configurable.

Horizontal — The Trident Model

Systems are the kit. Process is the doctrine. Technology is the connective tissue. Every domain is built across all three, or it is not built at all.

Inside One Domain — J3 Operations: Layered Counter-UAS
Systems

Radar arrays, EO/IR cameras, RF detection sensors, kinetic interceptors, directed-energy effectors, EW jammers.

Process

Detect → Classify → Decide → Defeat. ROE-gated. Fused across sensors. Operator-in-the-loop for kinetic engagement.

Technology

Multi-sensor fusion C2, ML-based threat classification, automated cueing, encrypted tactical networks.

Applied identically across all nine domains. Configure each independently: offensive drones, counter-drone, or both — your priorities determine where we start.

Your sovereignty appetite.
Your choice.

How QT delivers each drone or counter-drone function is your decision — not a vendor roadmap, not a maturity model. Each of the nine functions can be configured independently across three delivery modes.

01

Build

QT builds it. You own it.

Full design, build, and transfer of sovereign drone or counter-drone capability. Airframes, C2, doctrine, training, and production rights. You own the IP. You hold the keys. The highest sovereignty configuration.

02

Hybrid

QT builds it with you. Ownership transfers at your pace.

Joint programme delivery. QT operates alongside your force while skills, doctrine, and production infrastructure transfer over defined milestones. Measurable sovereignty, without the cold start.

03

Service

QT runs it. You don't need to own it.

Drone ISR, counter-UAS defence, or EW support delivered as a managed capability. Defined SLAs, operational guarantees, and outcomes — without capital investment or institutional build.

These are not stages. A customer may choose BUILD for strike drones, HYBRID for counter-UAS, and SERVICE for ISR within the same engagement. The model reflects your sovereignty requirements for each function — not your maturity.

Across every delivery model

Attritable Airframes & Munitions C2 Software Licensing ISR Feed Production Interceptor Supply Exercise & Red Team Export Facilitation Technology Refresh Surge Guarantee Data Rights

Nine cross-cutting capability lines persist regardless of delivery model — ensuring continuous operational support across the engagement lifecycle.

"We did not design
counter-drone capability
in a lab."

QT's engagement in active conflict began in February 2022 with a single critical problem: keeping drones networked under persistent adversary electronic warfare. The communications infrastructure we built became the backbone that kept unmanned systems operational through the opening phase of the conflict.

From that foundation, QT evolved into a full integrator of the drone kill chain — ISR, strike, sensor fusion, C2, EW — and the counter-drone architectures built to defeat it. Not by design. By operational demand.

The Sovereignty Platform is the institutionalisation of that experience. Every doctrine choice, every platform selection, every technology layer was shaped by what actually works under persistent kinetic, electronic, and cyber pressure.

2022

Critical drone communications infrastructure — keeping unmanned systems connected under active jamming during the opening phase of conflict.

2022 — 2024

Expanded into full unmanned kill chain integration — ISR, C2, EW, sensor networks, and layered counter-UAS architectures.

2024 — Present

Sovereignty Platform deployed across allied partner nations — doctrine transfer, sovereign production, and industrial independence.

Operational Doctrine — What the Drone War Taught
01

Distributed command and autonomous decision-making at the tactical edge.

02

ISR-to-strike integration at machine speed, not staff speed.

03

Electronic warfare as a persistent, dynamic capability — not a specialist function.

04

Attritable systems logic — mass, cost efficiency, and rapid reconstitution.

05

Resilient communications under active jamming and degraded conditions.

06

Continuous feedback between operators, developers, and doctrine writers.

A distributed architecture
built for drone sovereignty.

QT operates through a deliberately distributed structure — combining U.S. governance and production scale with frontline drone innovation, sovereign space comms, and diplomatic reach.
